This course provides an overview of best practices for Major Incident Management. The audience will learn how to manage tasks and ensure that their teams can follow McGill's Major Incident Management (MIM) procedures while dealing with major issues. Topics covered include:

  • Identifying Major Incidents
  • Promoting incidents assigned to your team
  • Sending out Major Incident alerts
  • Locating and closing Major Incidents assigned to you or your team
