McGill's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the myFuture platform. This change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. Is it an environmental crisis or a spirituality crisis? What is the value of the Earth according to your worldview? Is the Earth simply a material entity for our exploiting or is it a living entity connected to our being? To probe on these questions and more, join us at MORSL on May 25th, 2021 from 7-9 PM (EDT) on Zoom as we watch and discuss the movie, Sacred Ground: Fire and Ice.

 

This movie explores the Environmental-Spiritual crisis and reveals a clash between the proponents of a Utilitarian view of Land as property, and traditional communities that view land stewardship as a sacred responsibility.
