This year’s 15th annual hybrid Health & Wellness Fair featured a mix of engaging in-person and online events to support your well-being.
What is the Health & Wellness Fair?
A cherished annual tradition, the Health & Wellness Fair brings together faculty and staff to explore resources, share experiences, and build a stronger, healthier community. It’s more than just information—it’s about connection and support.
In-Person

📍 University Centre (3480 McTavish) on the 3rd and 4th floors
The Health Fair consisted of 30+ exhibitors including Vélo Québec and MTL Balance Board, and activities like dog therapy, food samples, line dancing, blood pressure clinic, TED-style talks, and more.

📅 Took place on October 20, 21, 23, and 24, 2025
Virtual sessions covered financial, physical, and mental health topics. Participants learned about budgeting, investing, decluttering, menstrual and menopausal health, and more.
