Now celebrating its 15th edition, this year’s hybrid Health & Wellness Fair features a mix of engaging in-person and online events to support your well-being.

What is the Health & Wellness Fair?

A cherished annual tradition, the Health & Wellness Fair brings together faculty and staff to explore resources, share experiences, and build a stronger, healthier community. It’s more than just information—it’s about connection and support.

📍 University Centre (3480 McTavish) on the 3rd and 4th floors

Drop in for free! Explore 30+ exhibitors including Vélo Québec and MTL Balance Board,  and enjoy activities like dog therapy, food samples, line dancing, blood pressure clinic, TED-style talks, and more.

Attend a variety of virtual sessions covering financial, physical, and mental health topics. Learn about budgeting, investing, decluttering, menstrual and menopausal health, and more—all from the comfort of your screen.
