The statutory holiday schedules posted to this page apply to non-academic, non-unionized administrative staff in positions classified as "M" and in positions excluded from other bargaining units.
Unionized staff in other bargaining units should check their respective collective agreements for schedules.

Holiday Break 2023-2024
During the Christmas period, the paid holidays will be from Monday, December 25, 2023 to Monday, January 1, 2024, inclusive. The 10th Summer Friday will be January 2, 2024
Summer Fridays
The conditions covering the summer Fridays are as follows:
- Where the work of the department requires the attendance of some staff on that day, the summer Friday should be rescheduled, preferably to the following Monday.
- When a staff member takes vacation during the summer schedule, any Friday that falls into the vacation period will not count as a "vacation" day.
- When it is necessary for a staff member to work on a summer Friday morning, compensating time off or overtime pay on a straight time basis should be arranged. When it is necessary to work on a summer Friday afternoon, compensating time off on a straight time basis, or overtime paid on a time-and-one-half basis should be granted.
