Importing/Shipping
The Biosafety Officer must be informed of the import, export or transfer of all biohazardous materials. Please complete the BSO Human Pathogens and Toxin Transfer Notification form prior to sending, receiving or purchasing any biohazardous materials and return to Environmental Health and Safety by email or 3610 McTavish Room 426 for approval
