The goal of an emotion regulation workshop is to help participants develop and improve emotion regulation. Getting Sound Sleep

This 2-part workshop is intended for students who have difficulty falling or staying asleep at night due to anxiety or low mood, and who face difficulty during the day as a result of poor sleep. Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop

Mindfulness and self-compassion focus on accepting our experiences and being kind to ourselves, especially when we are feeling down or stressed. Research has supported that mindfulness and self-compassion are linked to increases in one’s overall wellbeing. This group is intended for students who are thinking about slowing down, being more mindful, and less critical of themselves- but do not know how to!
