Clinics--including those at universities--have different methods of releasing appointments. As they are often in short supply, blocks of appointments are released at set times to avoid months-long waiting lists. In the past, McGill released appointments once a month, and then moved to twice a month. We now release appointments weekly so there is a more frequent chance at getting a spot.
