BSW Field Placement Coordinator

 

As a former graduate from the McGill School of Social Work, Francine understands the importance of the field practicum experience in a student's education. Francine is responsible for the field education of over 250 McGill students every year.

Nicole is a graduate of the BSW and MSW program at McGill University School of Social Work. She also has a degree in Special Care Counselling (Éducation Spécialisée) and has worked with a wide variety of population groups (Indigenous communities, homeless populations, older adults, etc.).

In Nicole’s view, field education is an essential part of developing a clinical mind and forming a professional identity. She is the field coordinator for the QYMSW and MSW students.
