If a McGill student or community member is in immediate danger, call 911, then call Security Services at 514-398-3000 who will coordinate with emergency responders.

Our SSEM team, which includes our Service Representatives and Program/Career Advisors, plays a key role in supporting students during their studies.

- IT questions: IT services for Students
- Discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence: McGill's Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR)
- Accessibility services: McGill Student Accessibility and Achievement (SAA) Office. The SAA Office also manages the Tutor Matching Program which can be a great resource for learners experiencing difficulties when returning to school after a few years.
