  • Important: If you do not receive a locker assignment by 2:30 p.m. on the day of your evening class or 2:30 p.m. on Friday for your Saturday class, email instructors.conted [at] mcgill.ca (subject: Equipment%20Reservation%20Confirmation) .
  • Drop-off: Return equipment to the same locker after class.

For Daytime Weekday Classes

  • Pick-up: Instructor Services, 680 Sherbrooke West, Room 1225 (8:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.)
  • Drop-off: Return equipment to Instructor Services after class. For after-hours returns, arrangements can be made to drop the equipment off in a locker.

Long-term Loans

You can borrow equipment for extended periods (e.g., a full term) through McGill IT Services. This equipment is reserved exclusively for teaching-related activities.

See a full list of available equipment here (including laptops, microphones, cameras, adapters, and more).
