If you're interested in an elective in Psychiatry, please follow the steps below:
- The list of electives offered at each site are listed below.
- Kindly follow the McGill period calendar dates when planning for a rotation.
- Kindly contact the Training Director and site administrator at the site of your elective choice. If you have contacted the supervisor directly, the request needs to be then transmitted and approved by the Training Director of that site. Their contact information is found in the Program Directory under Hospital sites.
- Please request your elective including the following information:
- Name
- University
- Level of training at the time of the elective
- Dates of elective
- Type of elective
- Please request your elective including the following information:
- Once the site has confirmed your elective, kindly email the program office your elective confirmation to residency.psychiatry [at] mcgill.ca
