Marianne Tétreault-Langlois has just completed her first year in health sciences at Jean-de-Brébeuf. She has always shown a passion for sciences, whether by taking lifesaving courses, participating in mathematics contests or tutoring in physics. Therefore, she didn’t hesitate to accept the internship at the Douglas Institute. While she is working under the supervision of Dr David P. Laplante, Dr Suzanne King and the post-doc student Lei Cao for Project Ice Storm and Project Iowa Flood, Marianne has had the occasion to extract DNA from saliva samples and to code videos, analyzing young children’s behavior.Marianne is committed, curious and enthusiastic. In addition to her passion for sciences, she shows a strong interest for literature, music, theatre, travels and synchronized swimming.
