Maya Mouallem completed her high school studies in 2013 at Pensionnat Saint-Nom-de Marie before deciding to enroll at College Jean-de-Brebeuf for her collegial studies in the Health Sciences program.
Enthusiastic for all things surrounding healthcare, she is particularly thrilled to be able to work on Project Verglas this summer at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute. As she hopes to one day become a psychiatrist, she looks forward to broadening her knowledge on psychology and mental health.
Maya is also a very athletic as she enjoys representing her college by being a part of the badminton and soccer team. She also regularly gives time to the school’s first-aid committee (GISB) as well as tutor in physics.
