Government Decrees

By virtue of the Act respecting the Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales, CQLR c C-7.01, McGill University must exclusively use the Centre d’acquisitions gouvernementales to obtain a good or service determined by order of the Chair of the Conseil du trésor or the Minister of higher education, if the acquisition relies (in whole or in part) on Quebec public funds.
