The Faculty of Medicine's foundational undergraduate medical program is the 4-year M.D.,C.M. (Medicinæ Doctorem et Chirurgiæ Magistrum) program, fully accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) and by the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada (AFMC). Applicants to the M.D.,C.M. program must hold a bachelor's level university degree.

International Medical Graduates Program
International (non-US) medical graduates (IMG) who are residents of Québec (see M.D.,C.M. for IMG) may apply to a special advanced standing program.
Medicine Preparatory (Med-P) Program for Quebec CEGEP graduates
Québec CEGEP graduates may apply for admission to the Medicine Preparatory (Med-P) Program. Med-P students must successfully complete one year in the Faculty of Science in order to then be admitted into the 4-year M.D.,C.M. program.
