myThesis (Thesis Examination Management) support form for external examiners

This form is ONLY to be used by external examiners who DO NOT have a McGill username to report an issue with myThesis.

McGill faculty, staff and students can report an issue on the IT Support site. Sign in, click on Report an issue and select Other from the pick list.

 

Check the Logging into myThesis for examiners to see if your issue has already been identified.

Note: Most access issues are resolved by accessing myThesis using an incognito or private window and entering the email address that received the notification.

Enter the email address that received the myThesis invitation or notification, if different than your contact email.
Enter a phone number where we can contact you if needed.
Enter a brief subject (max. 50 characters) for the support request; this will be used as the subject for subsequent emails.
Enter a detailed description of your problem/question and include the full name of the McGill student that the email invitation is referring to.
Upload a screenshot to illustrate the issue if needed (png, gif or jpg)
Files must be less than 800 KB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg png.
