McGill University is transitioning from the Co-Curricular Record (CCR) in the myInvolvement platform to the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in the myFuture platform in Fall 2025. This change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. See more information here.
Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Come join the Office for Sexual Violence Response, Support and Education for a trauma-sensitive yoga session. Designed as an alternative to traditional yoga practices, Trauma Sensitive Yoga has foundations in trauma theory, attachment theory, and Hatha Yoga practice, with an emphasis on body-based yoga forms and breathing practices.
The classes will be guided by Jen Wende, a certified yoga therapist with over 1000 hours of alignment-based training. She specializes in creating classes which explore new pathways for building distress tolerance, resilience, autonomy, and growth of the participants. Through yoga asana and meditation, participants will be encouraged to move at an easeful pace for self-observation of their bodies, minds, and breath. All skill and experience levels are welcome.
