McGill's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the myFuture platform. This change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. Given increasing globalization, technological change, and task complexity, the use of teams has become a token part of the work environment. This workshop is designed to aid graduate students learn core strategies to successfully lead teams using an evidence-based approach.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify team performance determinants;
  • Identify how leaders influence team performance determinants;
  • Identify effective strategies to manage group norms;
  • Apply effective strategies to manage team conflict.
