Amicus Briefs

From time to time, the Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism submits briefs to international tribunals as amicus curiae, prepared by members of the Centre and graduate and undergraduate students in the Faculty of Law.

Here are briefs that were submitted to the Extraordinary Chamber of the Courts of Cambodia (the Khmer Rouge Tribunal), the European Court of Human Rights, and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
