Embarking on the journey through perimenopause and menopause brings about a multitude of changes, both physical and emotional, for women. One of the most impactful tools in managing this transition is exercise. This workshop aims to shed light on the importance of physical activity during this phase of life and provide practical strategies for integrating exercise into daily routines effectively.
