McGill Student Housing and Dining Services receives a number of requests from various university departments and external organizations that are seeking sponsorship for special events or occasions, and in many cases we are proud to help in any way we can.
In order to be eligible for a donation or sponsorship, your request must be aligned with the following criteria which best define our department’s core values:
- University Community - Faculty, Student or Departmental Initiative
- Sustainability - Social, Ecological and/or Economical
- Nutrition
We ask that you submit your request at least four (4) weeks prior to your event. Requests received with less than four weeks’ notice will not be considered. Also, please note that only successful applicants will be contacted.
