Francine works at FMT since 1991 and is the force that keeps FMT running smoothly: She is responsible for the day-to-day operations, scheduling, financial transactions, contracts, and logistics.

- Processes financial transactions
- Administers employment
- Responsible for class timetable, room booking, and calendar of important dates
- Plans and organizes all FMT events and logistics for field trips
- Provide administrative support to FMT Program
