Experience Design Intern (UI/UX)
As an Experience Design Intern (UI/UX), we will depend on you to be an active contributor in our design thinking process and the creation of innovative mobile, and web product features. You will connect design, business, and technology to ship world-class digital experiences for our customers.
Successful candidates will have:
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography and visual hierarchy.
- Clear and effective communication skills in articulating design concepts and rationales
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and an eagerness to learn new tools.
- A portfolio showcasing digital projects that you can share with us.
- Positive attitude with a desire to grow within a collaborative, inspiring teamwork environment.
- Strong familiarity with UX design principles
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy and typography
- Creative and self-driven individual able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio of previous related projects
- You exhibit excellent communication skills in articulating your design concepts
Internship Tasks
- Work closely with design leads to create compelling interactive experiences.
- Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces.
- Identify areas improvement and Redesign Twiva Website and apps.
- Participate in product design brainstorms alongside members of the design, product, and communication teams.
Expected Outputs
- Visual designs and high-fidelity prototypes of features to be pipelined for development
- Project artifacts: personas, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mood boards, pattern libraries, design mock-ups, prototypes
- Author a document with the proposed improvements. Design new, modern, and user-centric designs of the Twiva applications.
- Documentation of sketches and designs of features to be developed
