Eduardo Lima
Academic Program Coordinator
Eduardo Lima is a Faculty Lecturer at McGill University, where he has been teaching finance-related courses since 2016. He earned his PhD in Physics from UPenn and his MBA in Finance from McGill. Eduardo is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a CFA Charterholder, capping a 20-year career as an actuarial and investment consultant with firms such as Mercer, WTW, Eckler, and LifeWorks. In his academic role at McGill, Eduardo serves as the Academic Program Coordinator for the Finance area at the School of Continuing Studies. His responsibilities include overseeing the academic and operational aspects of two graduate programs—the Graduate Certificate in Financial Analysis and the Graduate Certificate in Financial Technology — as well as a non-credit program, the Professional Development Certificate in Residential and Condominium Property Management.
