Students can contact the Chemical Engineering ugrad.chemeng [at] mcgill.ca (Undergraduate Program Coordinator) to inquire about program requirements, course selection, degree evaluation or permit overrides for Chemical Engineering courses.
Usually, emails are answered within 2-3 business days (excluding staff vacation days). During registration periods, when a higher than usual volume of inquiries is received, longer turnaround time should be expected.
Throughout their time of study in the department, students will be introduced to many resources and regulations that will help them navigate through the program. Students need to use the available tools and information to register for courses and/or make the appropriate decisions for their studies. It is the student's responsibility to explore these resources and learn about the tools available to them. If students cannot find the answer through these resources, then they can contact the Undergraduate Program Coordinator.
Students may book advising appointments with the Undergraduate Program Coordinator or other members of the Undergraduate Committee.
