RNA-seq Bootcamp
From October 20–24, 2025, the CDSI, in partnership with QLS-MiCM and the D2R-HeDS platform, hosted an RNA-seq Bootcamp. This hands-on workshop series equipped participants with both the theoretical foundations and practical skills needed for RNA-seq data analysis.
The series served as an introduction to the command line, accessing publicly available RNA-seq datasets, and processing pipelines for generating count data. It covered the core workflows for differential gene expression and pathway enrichment analysis. Finally, participants explored extensions of RNA-seq analysis in the context of single-cell data.
