The Consortium on Analytics for Data-Driven Decision-Making (CAnD3) at McGill University is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations. CAnD3 honours, recognizes and respects these nations.
We extend this respect and honour to the diversity in our community that includes but is not limited to race, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, socioeconomic status, class, and religion.
Equity, diversity and inclusion are foundation features of our operations and training. Fellow selections and staff hiring are made with full consideration of EDI.
CAnD3 is committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive environment that brings together diverse perspectives from our fellows, staff, collaborators, and members of the community. Our effort to meet this commitment is ongoing and we are invested in listening to new ways and ideas to advance equity, diversity and inclusion.
