Planning an outdoor event

Permission for outdoor events is coordinated by Campus Public Safety. If you are planning to hold an event on campus grounds, you require approval from our office.

All outdoor event requests must adhere to the Guidelines and Parament for Room/ Space Booking. Read the Guidelines.

  • This applies to McGill applicants only.
  • Requests for Outdoor Events from External Groups must be sponsored by a McGill unit or student group, or go through Event Bookings.

Complete the Outdoor Event Form.

  • Submit your request a minimum of 10 business days before the event.
