Events Bookings at McGill

Welcome to our Room Bookings and Conference Services unit at McGill

We offer a great diversity in meeting spaces, ranging from classrooms, boardrooms, lecture halls and auditoriums to theatre-style venues.

We facilitate these events by offering the following services:

  • Booking rooms on campus
  • Conference services
  • Provision of alcohol permits
  • Alcohol/wine orders
  • Catering - Please note: we have a fantastic in-house catering service named La Cuisine Traiteur. For clients wishing to use external catering companies, they will be subject to a fee equal to 10% of the per person food price before taxes and gratuity. 
  • Room and multi-media set-up

We cater to student groups, internal staff and faculty, and any external client wishing to host their event or book a room at McGill.
