  • McGill has an array of meeting rooms, unique banquet facilities and full service catering. The Faculty Club is one of our favorite banquet venues.

  • McGill offers a great diversity in meeting space to meet your needs, ranging from classrooms, boardrooms, lecture halls and auditoriums to computer rooms with Internet access, theatres, dining areas and video-conferencing capabilities.

  • The possibilities are endless, we set up all over the campus and can accommodate as few as 10 people to over 650.

  • All our rooms are equipped with an overhead projector and screen, blackboard and a microphone for large auditoriums. Other audiovisual equipment can be rented from our Instructional Communications Centre.

Events Bookings

McGill University has a wide variety of venues - classrooms, reception areas, lobbies, external areas, etc. - which can be reserved and used for both academic and extra curricular activities.

Alcohol Permits

We are responsible for the provision of liquor licenses and supply of alcohol for events held on campus. Guidelines and training are also provided to ensure the safe and responsible use of alcohol.
