The MOHP includes negotiated discounts for conferences, meetings and events being paid by McGill at the participating properties and processed through MMP.
Please consider these properties when you are planning an event that is being paid by the University.
**For larger events please contact your unit/department's dedicated buyer during the planning stages for more information on requirements for quotes and the necessity of Call for Tenders**
How to book and pay
- Contact the hotel directly to book - list of contacts for conference space in list of Participating Hotels.
- Process through MMP
- Consult Payment Chart
Note: Other properties will not be added to MMP
