The mission of the Surgical Scientist Program (SSP) is to support the research training of residents and graduate students within McGill’s Department of Surgery, preparing them for successful careers as clinician-scientists or scientists focused on surgical research.
The program offers world-class academic and funding opportunities to surgical research trainees pursuing a Master’s or Doctoral degree.
