Always inform AFE of any changes in circumstance (financial or otherwise) you experience during the year to avoid potential issues. You can use the online “Declaration of Change” form under “Full-Time Forms” in your AFE file to update your information and receive a new AFE assessment. A paper version of the form is also available on the AFE website.
