Electronic Materials
In an effort to be as sustainable as possible and lower costs for students, please post digital/electronic resources in myCourses whenever possible (in lieu of printed textbooks and course packs).
Instructors are responsible for ensuring course materials adhere to copyright laws. For any questions, please read the Copyright Guide to Adding Readings in myCourses or contact copyright [at] mcgill.ca.

Once approved, you may upload the file in myCourses
Follow the TLS guide to uploading a file in myCourses.

Textbook Orders
The following applies to all instructors who require textbooks except English and French language instructors. If you are a language instructor and textbooks are required, your APC will order them for you.
How to Request
You will be prompted to register for Verba (the McGill Bookstore’s requisition management system) when you are assigned to teach a class.
To ensure availability for students, fill out the Textbook Request Form in Verba as soon as you can before the start of the term. If no textbook is required, you still need to complete the form and indicate “no textbook required.”
Questions?
If you have questions or are having trouble accessing Verba or the Textbook Request Form, please reach out to coursematerials.bookstore [at] mcgill.ca.
