Thesis Submission

It is expected that the M.Sc. student's research will generate one first-author paper and a Ph.D. thesis will generate three first-author publications. Ph.D student are required to defend their thesis orally.

Students will no longer have to print hard copies of their thesis, but will instead submit an electronic copy via mythesis. More detailed information is available at https://www.mcgill.ca/gps/thesis/guidelines/initial-submission. Should any examiner or member of a student's committee request a hardcopy of the thesis, the student must provide one to the relevant office making the request.
