MORSL and Concordia's MFSC will gather together at Concordia's Multi-faith and Spirituality Centre in the Z Annex bldg. (2090 MacKay) for breakfast at 9:00 AM. Then we'll travel together to the annual Interfaith Eco-Action day to clean up a local park at 10:00 AM. This year, the park location is Parc Monseigneur-J.-A.-Richard (5150 Boulevard LaSalle Montréal, QC H4G 3G2). You'll receive CCR credit for your volunteer work!
The Annual Interfaith Eco-Action day brings together faith communities and individuals from across Montreal to clean up a local park, meet friends old and new across traditions and join together to make a difference for the local community.
This year's event is sponsored by Christian Jewish Dialogue of Montreal with support from Concordia's Multi-Faith and Spirituality Centre, GreenFaith Montreal, Temple Emanu-El-Beth Sholom and TEVA Quebec.
Bring a picnic if you'd like; all participants are invited to eat lunch together after the clean up!
The event will take place RAIN OR SHINE: rain location is Parc Desmarchais Kiosque, near Quai 5160 building.
