Description
Gene expression from the start of transcription to the synthesis of proteins, their modifications and degradation. Topics covered: transcription and its regulation; mRNA processing, translation and their regulation; protein post-translational modifications, trafficking, and turn-over; programmed cell death (apoptosis).
