Key Retail Innovation Learnings for SMEs

From the Bensadoun School of Retail Management

Since its official launch in 2018, the Bensadoun School of Retail Management (BSRM) at McGill University has worked hard on its mission to be a world-leading institution dedicated to educating tomorrow's retail leaders as well as the industry ecosystem that supports them.

Within those goals, there is a firm desire to connect with, educate, and inspire the province of Quebec's small and medium retailers and their numerous stakeholders. This is largely possible through the financial support and collaboration of the Quebec Ministry of the Economy and Innovation.

With this in mind, we are proud to introduce some of the cutting-edge research, best practices, and thought leadership that BSRM, our Retail Innovation Lab, as well as McGill leading academics, lecturers, and associated practitioners, have prepared for this first White Paper.

The goal is to help business leaders best prepare for what's next in retail. One that is constantly pushed to innovate and adapt to ever-evolving customer needs and complex omnichannel and supply chain dynamics.

As you've registered to download this paper, we will let you know of any upcoming special events taking place at our retail management school as well as the frequent updates we will be making to this White Paper to include the most recent research highlights.

Feel free to reach out for any further inquiries and/or join us in one of the many presentations that we will be offering in the upcoming months with our regional partners.

We hope this White Paper both educates and inspires you and your business to reach new heights.

Sincerely,

Prof. Vivek Astvansh
