If you have started or submitted an application and need support, you can reach us by selecting the 'Get Help' option within your McGill Applicant Portal. This will allow us to prioritize your support request.
If you are having trouble submitting an application, go to the 'Welcome/Bienvenue' tab of your in-progress application, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select the 'contact us' option.
If you are a prospective undergraduate student that is not quite ready to apply, but you have questions, please contact futurestudents [at] mcgill.ca. Be sure to consult our Application Guide before emailing.
