Our goal at University Hall was to merging original architectural details with new amenities to create a cozy, inviting home for students. The result blends classic style with contemporary living.
Residence Rooms
The 2024 renovations included sprucing up the residence rooms with brand-new contemporary furniture.
The hallways were freshly painted and updated ceiling lighting now brighten all floors and corridors.
The beautiful staircase was enhanced as new durable flooring was installed to create a classic style.
Entrance Courtyard
The front steps were rebuilt and the entire courtyard was repaved.
The roof was fully replaced and upgraded to enhance the safety and durability of this historic building. Also the new and beautiful concrete paving blocks gives the facade a clean, modern look.
Bathrooms
The communal bathroom has been completely stripped down and transformed with sleek countertops, new showers, and vibrant lighting.
Rent
Lease is for a period of 8.42 months from August 23, 2025 to May 3, 2026.

Facilities
- Dormitory-style with shared co-ed washroom facilities centrally located on each floor.
- Single and double rooms housing 29 students.
- Rooms are furnished with a twin size bed and mattress, desk, chair, dresser, bookshelf, lamp, drapery, wastepaper basket.
- Residence floors accessed through card reader at all times but main door and first floor of the building is open to public during business office hours.
- Directly across from the Milton Gates
All You Care to Eat Meal Plan
- The AYCTE meal plan is mandatory for students living at University Hall. Students have access to all the Dining Halls and On Campus Restaurants.
- RVC and CS dining halls are in very close proximity.
