Dr. Armin Yazdani (he/him)

Biography: Armin has always been fascinated by the mind and how we learn. He completed his master's in cellular and molecular medicine where he focussed on children’s brains. Next, during his doctorate in neuroscience, he focused on babies' brains and memory.  

During his doctoral studies, Armin completed four teaching fellowships and taught several courses and labs in neuroscience. Currently, he teaches neuroscience and works as an educational developer to improve how we learn and teach science.  

Armin continues to uncover the mysteries of the young brain as the father of two toddlers who love sugar and are discovering nature through hiking and camping.
