"The Wellness Matrix"

The demanding aspects of our academic, professional and personal responsibilities, coupled with the effects of the current pandemic, are triggering many of us to feel exhausted and overwhelmed - both physically and mentally.
This is the main reason why the IPN is launching the Wellness Matrix. The objective of this initiative is to support our graduate students and encourage them to take care of their mental health.
On March 25, 2021, we are pleased to welcome clinical psychologist Dr. Kierla Ireland, Ph.D., OPQ, as she hosts a tailored workshop for our students.

"A Tailored Workshop on Managing Stress & Anxiety in Grad School, with Dr. Kierla Ireland"

Thursday, March 25, 2021 | 2:00 - 2:45 PM E.T. | Zoom

The workshop will focus on tips for managing stress and anxiety in grad school, and will incorporate tailored advice based on your questions, which may be submitted (anonymously and voluntarily) the week beforehand to dr.kierla.ireland [at] gmail.com
