McGill's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the myFuture platform. This change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. See more information about the SER here.

The deadline to submit CCR participation/attendance lists has passed. Activities that took place before July 1, 2025, were eligible for the CCR, but any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed. Historical CCR data will be preserved and migrated to the SER for current students.

Server Training Program: September 12, 2019 - CANCELLED

Thursday, September 12, 2019 17:30to20:30
Brown Student Services 3600 rue McTavish, Montreal, QC, H3A 0G3, CA

McGill University requires that at least one Event Coordinator and all event servers at all student events attend a three-hour Server Training session.  This applies to ALL STUDENT EVENTS held on campus involving alcohol. The University will not issue alcohol permits or book an event and/or book a room until this training is complete, so if you're planning a party you will want to be trained well in advance. Server Training Badges must be worn by servers at all times they are serving alcohol at on-campus events. You will receive your badge at the session you attend.
