Are you passionate about food security and looking to connect with other like-minded folks on campus? Come volunteer with the McGill Farmer's Market, a student-run organization that partners with local farmers and vendors to provide sustainably sourced produce and food baskets to the community! The activity will consist of helping to set up tents and tables, decorating sandwich boards, transporting goods from Redpath storage, helping vendors set up for the day, and interacting with community members.
You will receive an email with additional information following your registration. Registration closes on September 1st.
When a minimum of 4 hours of volunteering for the Farmer's Market has been completed, you can request a copy of your Co-Curricular Record (CCR), an official document recognizing your involvement in and out of classroom learning experiences.
