McGill's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the myFuture platform. This change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. The deadline to submit CCR participation/attendance lists has passed. Activities that took place before July 1, 2025, were eligible for the CCR, but any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed. Historical CCR data will be preserved and migrated to the SER for current students.

Knowledge Base

We have created a new knowledge base (McGill sign-in required) to replace our user guides. 

Templates (for both staff and student users)

Note: These are downloadable Excel templates that all staff and student leaders can use to keep track of their list(s) of student volunteers and/or workshop attendance.
