1. By Phone (recommended):
   1. In Québec: 1-888-588-1212.
   2. In Canada (outside Quebec): 1-888-873-9200.
2. Through Medavie Blue Cross Portal:
   1. Log on to your Medavie Blue Cross account by clicking on log-in on the top right corner. 
   2. Click on the 'Need Help?' drop-down option from the horizontal menu bar at the top of the page.  
   3. Select the option 'Contact Us'. Type in your question in the empty text box and hit submit.
