- Through Medavie Blue Cross Portal:
- Log on to your Medavie Blue Cross account by clicking on log-in on the top right corner.
- Click on the 'Need Help?' drop-down option from the horizontal menu bar at the top of the page.
- Select the option 'Contact Us'. Type in your question in the empty text box and hit submit.
