The Centre for Research in Air and Space Law is proud to announce our new partnership with WS Hein to streamline the publication, marketing and distribution of the Centre’s publications. In the coming period, all of the Centre’s past, present and future publications, including the Centre’s flagship publication, the Annals of Air and Space Law, will be available for purchase or for reading at the click of a button on HeinOnline’s website.
The effort to digitalise and make the wealth of the Centre’s research work and publications more widely available has been an ongoing process over the past decade or so. We are delighted that HeinOnline is able to offer us a platform that is user-friendly and affordable, and that will greatly simplify the process of gaining access to the Centre’s works and publications.
Through the HeinOnline interface, subscribers can view, read and download the PDF version of articles and individual chapters of the Centre’s many publications. A fully indexed and searchable database allows users to look for and discover content and valuable materials related to issues and topics in the fields of air law and space law. With a subscription to HeinOnline’s digital archive, which is readily available at major academic and research institutions, you will gain access to the world’s largest legal research database containing high-quality and frequently-cited articles and publications in the domain of our dual academic disciplines. In the near future, academics, researchers, interested parties and students will have the opportunity to purchase or view content in print or electronic format, making HeinOnline the one-stop-shop for access to the largest air and space law database in the world.
HeinOnline is a premier online database containing more than 150 million pages and 150,000 titles of legal history and government documents in a fully searchable, image-based format. HeinOnline bridges the gap in historical research by providing comprehensive coverage from inception of more than 2,400 law-related periodicals. In addition to its vast collection of law journals, HeinOnline contains the entire Congressional Record, Federal Register, and Code of Federal Regulations, complete coverage of the United States Reports back to 1754, and entire databases dedicated to treaties, constitutions, case law, world trials, classic treatises, international trade, foreign relations, US Presidents, and much more.
We look forward to our collaboration with HeinOnline and to making the many valuable resources, studies and research work more widely available and accessible for all.
