Published: 16 February 2021

The Research Chair on Sexist and Sexual Violence in Higher Education aims to prevent gender-based and sexual violence in higher education in Quebec and Canada, through observation, evaluation and mobilization. Inspired by the research project l’Enquête Sexualité, Sécurité et Interactions en Milieu Universitaire (ESSIMU) based at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), the Chair pursues research that contributes to the transformation of social norms and practices aimed at the prevention of sexist and sexual violence.
