Your McGill community is teeming with resources to help get you back on track academically and provide support, if midterm season didn’t go the way you’d planned. We at CL&E have worked with some amazing partners to connect you with tools, workshops, and support so you can face finals head on.

  • Chalk It Up: Drop by and write your positive affirmations, quotes, or messages on the chalk wall! Brown Building, 3rd floor hallway. 12PM - 2PM
  • Let's Get Started (for undergrads): Join a 30 min-session to help you plan your week ahead. Online. 1PM - 1:30PM
  • CBT Workshop Part 1: manage anxiety and depression (plan on attending part 2 on Oct 27). Online. 1:30PM - 3:00PM
