Professor Lajoie cited in Hill Times opinion piece

In a recent opinion piece to the Hill Times Online, SSHRC President Ted Hewitt praises Professor Susanne Lajoie's research: "Lajoie is making it possible for children to learn in more meaningful ways with the help of technology," writes Hewitt.

Dr. Lajoie, of our Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology, is Canada Research Chair in Advanced Technologies for Learning in Authentic Settings (Tier 1), Director of the partnership LEADS (Learning Across Environments Across Disciplines), and Principal Investigator of the ATLAS (Advanced Technologies for Learning in Authentic Settings) research team. She was recently awarded Acfas' Prix Thérèse Gouin-Décarie recognizing her pioneering work in the social sciences.
